Kim Collier is a leading proposal writing expert, grants consultant, educator, and nonprofit coach who has secured more than $36 million from federal, state, local, and private grant makers. For nearly 25 years, she has used her passion of “all things grants” to help build thriving grants programs for U.S. nonprofits of all sizes.
Kim specializes in housing and homelessness, and these days focuses much of her time helping clients secure government funding. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs many people dread when it comes to grant seeking (HOME, anyone?) are among some of her favorites!
Kim Collier is a member of the Grant Professionals Association and holds a Master of Nonprofit Management (MNM), M.A. in Communications, and a B.S. in English Education.
