Let’s face it. Most grant training in Guam and CNMI is a 3-day crash course due to off-island trainer schedules. While doing a crash course may seem great, learning a skill takes time.

I'm not going to sugarcoat it. There will be cuts in U.S. federal grants and agencies during the Trump Administration.
However, there will still be federal grants around for specific cause areas.
AND foundation grants , crowdfunding, fundraising, and individual donors will all start to fund organizations that they believe in.
