Holly has more than 20 years of grant writing and nonprofit experience, an MA in International Political Economy, is past-president of the Guam Women’s Chamber of Commerce, served as one out of 5 members under the Governor of Guam on the Business Recovery Task Force during the pandemic, and is an unapologetic feminist. She lives on the island of Guam with her daughter, Isabella and her hippie mom.
