6 Giving Tuesday Resources to Start Your Giving Campaign

Here are some Giving Tuesday resources you can use to get started with your own giving campaign.

Giving Tuesday is an annual day of giving that encourages people to give back to their communities by supporting local nonprofits. It was created in 2012 and has since grown into a global movement that encourages people to donate to charities and causes they care about.

This international giving day has helped many nonprofit organizations create the buzz and momentum they need to raise money for simple needs like a computer all the way to larger projects like their recurring end-of-year giving campaigns.

This global giving day falls on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving each year and was created to get away from the consumerism of Black Friday and to instead support charitable giving and volunteerism.

In 2022, Giving Tuesday was on November 29th.
